  1. Jenna miss you so much! I hope you have a great time on this trip. I’m so sorry I couldn’t be there for you. Love mom… lol you first girl camp mom that is 😘

  2. Hi Jenna,
I am sorry that I wasn’t able to attend send-off today. Please know I was thinking about you all! I imagine that you are settling into the Stone Cottage and have maybe even met your horse. Take some time this week to think about your goals, some of your favorite moments, and maybe even some of the things you wish you could do differently. I want to hear all about it when we hit the trail. Just five days away, I can’t wait to see you!

  5. Wow baby girl, so many people have shown you some love already. That’s so cool. And I love that your able to reply to all……seems you were up kinda late, hopefully you girls get plenty of rest….but if not, you have the rest of summer to catch up on that. Have fun and let me know if your hunting is more successful this year than last. But leave the bow and arrows behind……..Love you.

  6. Hi Jenna,
I know we have not officially met, but I just wanted you to know I am a prayer partner for you while you attend the ranch this week. Praying that you will build strong bonds with the staff and the other girls; however, more importantly, praying that you will build a strong bond with our Mighty God! 🙂 Remember to keep your eyes on Jesus and He will guide you and direct. Hope you have a great time and I will write again very soon! Take care,
    Rose Starook

      1. You are very welcome Jenna! I have been praying that God will continue to fill you with His strength, endurance and joy! I work with Mrs. Woods and she told me about this great opportunity to pray for you 🙂 I have read and seen that you have been able to ride and take care of horses! How cool that is! I will continue to pray for you and hope that you will continue to experience God’s amazing love! Here is a special verse for you: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.” Proverbs 3:5-6 🙂

  7. Good morning Jenna~
I have been looking at pictures of all of the amazing things you have been doing since arriving at camp. I am SO impressed!! What has been your favorite part so far? What is your horse’s name? The climbing wall looked awfully high…how did you feel about trying to ring the bell?
Today I am going on a practice hike so I will be ready for Thursday. It is raining, but I am so excited about our time together I am going to head out anyway.
Can’t wait to hear about all you have been doing!

  10. Hi Jenna,
My name is Sandra and I have been praying for you and for this experience to be a blessing to you. I see that you have met your horse -how exciting. Just as you will love and care for your horse, remember to care for yourself too. Remember also that God loves and cares for you and I pray that you will continue to grow in your relationship with Him.

  11. Jenna,

Hi! My name is Cortney and I work at the same high school as Mrs. Woods. She is the one who informed me of this amazing camp you are attending! I greatly apologize as I was up north getting away from it all this weekend with no service so I was unable to log in and show you some love. I really hope the first couple days were great and you are able to relax a bit and build some relationships with others as well as with God 🙂 The horseback riding looked like so much fun! I want you to know that even though I have never met you I can feel that God has some pretty awesome things in store for you. You are wonderfully made and beautiful inside and out and never be ashamed to show the world how great you are. 🙂 I am going to continue to send love and prayers your way girl! Can’t wait to see some more exciting pictures soon.

  12. Jenna’s leadership abilities are becoming stronger and stronger and we have been able to see her joy when contributing to the group. Even on rough days we have seen a vast amount of maturity in jenna no matter if it is accepting responsibility ability or in her relationships with the other girls.

  13. Hi Jenna, I’m so proud of you baby…..I know you getting anxious about the hike…..but you have accomplished this before, and God will help you accomplish this again!!!! Thank you for being there and helping the other girls get through this as well. I miss you and love you and I cant wait till Sunday to see you. Mom

    1. Hi mom I miss you a lot I’m getting really home sick but I know I can do this and help everybody through this to stay safe love you so much

  14. Hi…my name is Gretchen and I’m a friend of many of the leaders. I’ve been praying for you and the team this week. I started a new job and I’m alone cleaning houses for 8 hours straight… so it’s plenty of time to talk to God about you this week. I got creative today and thought of an acrostic poem about your hike:
T – trying to trust others
    R – recognize & receive Him
    A – all around me
    I – imperfect but whole
L – learning to be me

  15. Hey girlfriend!
Y’all are rocking this! I wanted to thank you for helping Sam. I know she was nervous about camp until she knew for sure you were going.
I can’t wait to see you girls Sunday and hear all about it! And then we have to plan a camping trip with me soon!
Hope the hike is great and I will he say extra extra prayers for you guys !

    1. Thank you so much love you Mom we are having so much fun sam is growing so much as a person and it’s really fun watching her open up to the other girls

  16. Hi Jenna,
I’ve been praying hard for you as you face the struggles of the trail. Know that God is with you and will never leave you. Can’t wait to hear how you did.

  17. Hi Jenna,
I hope you had a great time at camp, and I pray you can take what you learned and apply it at home. Remember that God is always near and I will continue to pray for you.
