  1. HI Stacie
We are praying that you will enjoy your time at camp. Please be assured we are praying that you will find some place to find quiet and that God will speak to you. Please have a wonderful time. God bless.

  2. Stacie how excited are you for camp? I wish I would of been able to be there this year, but I’m with you in spirit. I can’t wait to hear all about what you get to do this year. Remember stay strong, don’t be sad ever you are in control of the way you feel and react to situations. So them how strong you are and be a leader for the new girls this year. Love ya 😘 your camp mom from last year

  3. Hello Stacie,
I just want you to know that it is a privilege to be able to pray for you during this difficult time in your life. As you know teenage years can be very hard ( it’s been awhile since I’ve been one)😊 but I remember going through some difficult times that made me very angry and frustrated. Just know the lord loves you with all his might. You are surrounded by others that may struggle with maybe the similar emotions that you may have, you are not alone. I pray you can try and open up and be honest to them and yourself about your feelings.

  4. Stacie, I am praying for you and happy that you are at camp. I am Doris, a prayer partner for you. I was to Cran Hill Ranch last year with ladies from my church. So I know where you are and can picture you there with the other girls and the staff. I am praying that you quickly make friends and have a great time.

  5. Hi Stacie,
Today was the big day! I am sorry that I missed send-off, but I was there with you all in spirit. I am sure you have been busy helping the other girls feel comfortable about being at camp for the first time. You have so much knowledge to share with them, what an important role to play. I hope you also take time and make space to learn new things about yourself. Focus on your goals, and remember to stick with it, even when things feel tough. I can’t wait to hear all about what you have done when we meet up on the trail. See you soon!

  7. Hi Stacie,
I just read the blog about you on the climbing wall, that you climbed higher than you did last year. Yea! I’m praying that you also grow closer to Jesus than you did in the past year. God is your helper, here is a verse I like from Isaiah 41:10 “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you…” God will help you in all the goals for transformation that you have for this week. Doris, I’m praying for you.

  8. Good morning Stacie,
How was your first full day at camp? I saw some pictures of you on the climbing wall and I am incredibly proud of you!! That wall is really high, and I felt a little nervous just seeing it from my computer. Nice work! How was horseback riding? What is your horse’s name? Is it the same horse as last summer? What else have you been doing at camp?
Today I am going on a practice hike. I want to make sure I am ready for Thursday. I hope you will help me on the trail since you have done this before!
Stay positive and brave. Good things are in store for you.
    ~Whitney

  10. HI Stacie
Praying you had a blessed day at the camp. Hope that you had a good time learning about God and HIS love for you. Please have a good time with the other gals and that you will find community with all of them. You looked good on the horse and hope that had a great time, riding the horse, and learning how to take care of the horse: combing, and also how to put the saddle on. Please have a fun day playing with the others. God bless you richly.

  11. HI Stacie. God is with you even if you feel that you are alone and missing your family. God will enfold you and keep you safe to enjoy the activities. God bless you precious person. 13. Hi Stacie!

I was reading a devotional this week and thought I’d share it with you as well!

Perhaps you’ve had experiences that left you feeling worthless. Jesus wants you to know you have great value. He gave His life so that you would!

“Are not two sparrows sold for a penny?” Jesus asked His disciples. “Yet not one of them will fall to the ground outside your Father’s care. And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows” (Matthew 10:29).

“You’re beautiful from head to toe, my dear love, beautiful beyond compare, absolutely flawless” (Song of Solomon 4:7)

Girl you are so worth it! You are beautiful and amazing and I hope this week helps you to realize that you are that and so much more!

    Tae

  14. Stacie, I hope you are enjoying camp even more than you thought possible. I pray that you are growing in your faith for God loves you very much. I pray that you are working toward your personal goal for this week. How are you doing? I hope you are having fun with the other girls, with the horses, with the staff. I’m sure this is a highlight of your summer. Enjoy every minute of it.

    1. It is very fun here especially working with the horses. I made some friends and they are really nice. I’m trying on my personal goal and thank you for praying for me. Bye

  15. Stacie has really made a lot of progress from last year in many ways. We have seen her gain better strategies to cope with her anger in certain situations. With that she is able to make the most out of every activity. We have also seen a caring side come out of stacie where she is making it a priority to help someone everyday.

  16. So good to hear you are enjoying working with the horses and have made some friends. From what Shelby wrote, you have made a lot of progress and are coping better with your anger. Good for you. I am continuing to pray for you, Stacie.

  17. Hi…my name is Gretchen and I’m a friend of many of the leaders. I’ve been praying for you and the team this week. I started a new job and I’m alone cleaning houses for 8 hours straight… so it’s plenty of time to talk to God about you this week. I got creative today and thought of an acrostic poem about your hike:
T – trying to trust others
    R – recognize & receive Him
    A – all around me
    I – imperfect but whole
L – learning to be me

  21. Hi Stacie
Praying for you to continue to have strength for the rest of the time at camp. Praying that the days will be warm and bright as you walk. Have a good night rest so that you can enjoy the scenery and the community as you walk along the path. God bless and put a hedge of protection around you. Enjoy. Be safe.

  22. Stacie, I’m praying for you for the hike and maybe today you need prayer to recover from the fantastic and rugged two days hiking. I saw a pictures of the backpacks you carried and see the tents you slept in. I pray that you had lots of strength and endurance for the hike, and I’m sure you were encouraging other girls and they were encouraging you. I pray that your faith in Jesus Christ is continuing to grow, He loves you so much. Doris
